1. Overview & Agreement

Welcome to DevDhyan (operated by DevDhyan Spiritual Services Pvt. Ltd.). By accessing or using our website, booking temple pujas, purchasing sacred store items, or enrolling in spiritual yatra packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Puja Ceremonies & Services

DevDhyan acts as an authentic facilitator connecting devotees with verified Vedic Acharyas and temple priests across India.

• All pujas are conducted strictly according to Vedic scriptures and customs.
• Devotee names and Gotra provided during booking will be solemnly recited during the live Sankalp.
• Video recordings of online/temple pujas will be delivered via WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of ceremony completion.

3. Payments & Currency

All prices listed on DevDhyan are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

By placing an order or booking a service, you authorize Razorpay and DevDhyan to charge your selected credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet account.

4. User Obligations & Conduct

Users must provide accurate, complete registration and booking information (including correct Gotra, address, phone number, and email). DevDhyan is not liable for failed delivery or missed updates resulting from incorrect user input.

5. Limitation of Liability

DevDhyan strives to deliver sacred Prasad and complete rituals punctually. However, DevDhyan shall not be held liable for delays caused by natural calamities, temple authority restrictions, or courier disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
