Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Refund Timeline

All approved refunds will be credited back to the devotee's original mode of payment (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.

1. Puja & Havan Bookings

  • Cancellation 48+ Hours Prior: Full 100% refund initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Cancellation Within 24 to 48 Hours: 75% refund (25% retained for booked samagri & priest scheduling).
  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Puja: Non-refundable as samagri and Panditji travel are pre-allocated.

2. Sacred Store Products

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/unboxing video at support@devdhyan.com. We will ship a free replacement or issue a 100% refund.
  • Change of Mind: Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Return shipping fee applies.

3. Spiritual Yatra & Tour Packages

  • Cancellation 15+ days prior to yatra start: 90% refund.
  • Cancellation 7 to 14 days prior: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 days: Non-refundable due to hotel & transport locks.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund, email support@devdhyan.com or call +91 9981791314 with your Booking ID / Order Reference Number. Our support team responds within 24 hours.
