When you register, book a puja, or purchase items from DevDhyan, we collect personal details required to fulfill your sacred services:

• Personal Identifiers: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Family Gotra.
• Delivery Details: Home Address, Pincode, City, State.
• Transaction Data: Payment IDs, Order Values, Booking References processed via Razorpay.

2. Payment Security & Razorpay Disclosure

We do not store complete payment card details, UPI PINs, or bank passwords on DevDhyan servers. All financial transactions are securely tokenized and processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway, compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 security guidelines.

3. Use of Information

Your information is strictly utilized to:

• Recite Gotra Sankalp during booked temple/online pujas.
• Deliver consecrated Prasad and store goods via logistics partners.
• Send order updates, video recordings, and booking receipts via Email/WhatsApp.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell or rent user data. Information is shared only with trusted operational partners strictly necessary for service fulfillment (e.g. Razorpay for payments, Shiprocket for Prasad delivery).
